This Device is the Dip Coating Equipment with Filtering Circulation Mechanism of Coating Liquid to Dip Coat on Disks and Wafers. It can perform to Dip Coat (do Dip Coating) for a large quantity of disks at one time with using Jigs. Also Sub-tank is set up together to be available the testing of a little Dip Coating Liquid. This is the dipcoater Equipment which is reflected by SDI’s techniques about Dip Coat (Dip Coating).
